Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV gives fintech startup companies the opportunity to build partnerships with established banks in the Nordics and Baltics. When this year’s program starts in March, SpareBank 1 Østlandet is one of the partners that the 15 startups will meet.

The goal of the Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV program is to foster collaboration and explore potential partnerships between fintech companies and participating banks. This initiative is a key part of Mastercard’s strategy to discover new technology partners, strengthening the financial ecosystem and maintaining leadership in digital solutions in the Nordics and Baltics.

Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV is a collaboration network that fosters symbiotic growth between banks, fintechs and Mastercard. The program takes place over three workshops that exist to bring partnership projects to life. The startups that make the most progress will be invited to continue the program for the final event, and the company that makes the greatest improvement overall will be declared the program winner. This year’s program will have 15 participating startups, and starts in August and runs through out the autumn. After the first workshop, partners and startups will determine which potential partnerships will be pursued
