Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV introduces its spring 2026 cohort of six sustainability and social impact focused companies across the Nordics & Baltics
Lighthouse MASSIV, Mastercard’s impact tech partnership program, is committed to helping as many people as possible globally to live more secure and prosperous lives. This spring 2026, the program welcomes a new cohort of six forward-thinking startups from Norway, Estonia and Sweden that are dedicated to sustainability and social impact.
Designed as a partnership‑driven platform rather than a traditional accelerator, Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV free program supports impact-driven tech companies in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals through strategic partnerships. By connecting high-potential Nordic and Baltic startups with major organizations, the program helps sustainable innovators scale globally. The 2026 spring cohort includes two startups focused on sustainability and four addressing global social challenges, reinforcing MASSIV’s reputation as a competitive platform for transformative impact.

Soldera sits at the intersection of clean energy and financial infrastructure, and we’re looking forward to working with Mastercard’s partner network to bring that to more corporates globally.” – Stenver Jerkku, CEO & Co-Founder, Soldera

For financial institutions, Plussa offers a plug-and-play solution that strengthens brand differentiation, drives loyalty, and improves financial resilience at scale.
“We’re thrilled to join the Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV program. At Plussa, we see a huge opportunity to support working parents in more proactive and accessible ways, and this program gives us the platform to do that together with financial institutions and strategic partners.
